Mr. Jose David Alcantara has been in practice since 1988. He is a registered attorney in the State of New Jersey. The Alcantara office engages in extensive criminal litigation, both Superior court as well as municipal court. The Alcantara office handles family matters, child support, custody, restraining orders, Landlord Tenant, immigration, personal injuries and accidents, civil rights and bankruptcy matters.

Mr. Alcantara is an honored 9-11 attorney, representing persons employed at the then Twin Towers in cooperation with the Federal government

 and he obtained a sizable sum for the original maintenance personnel who survived that terrible national tragedy. 

Mr. Alcantara has also been a seminar presenter to the Atlantic County Police Academy on proper criminal procedures, especially with reference to immigrants. He also also been ICLE, New Jersey attorneys Institute for Continuing Legal Education, presenting seminars with other distinguished panelist for five years to new attorney on proper criminal procedures pre trial and during trials.
